A workshop/training course that instructs experienced project managers and their managers how to plan, organize, obtain buy-in, and implement a project management office (PMO) for managing two or more projects. Three increasingly sophisticated PMO models are offered with all aspects of their planning and implementation explained. The workshop deliverable is a draft plan, which specifically addresses the needs of each participant’s workplace. These plans are the basis for a quick and successful kickoff of each participant’s project management office.
