Project Management Institute® (PMI) Registered Course

This course is for project managers and project team members with significant project experience who wish to become Project Management Professionals certified by the PMI®. This course is specifically designed to prepare the participant to take the PMI® exam to become a Project Management Professional. The course covers the nine knowledge areas, five processes and four phases of projects of project management followed by representative questions and answers in a manner that best prepares the participant to pass the examination. Extra instructional time is devoted to subject areas that the participant needs to improve upon, which are often scheduling, risk management and budgeting. “Math-phobic” participants are given special attention and we will work with these participants as long as they request on the first day. This straightforward approach has been shown to give participants the confidence needed to pass the examination. An additional lesson on how to prepare the participant application, strategize the test taking procedure, and effectively spend the “last six weeks” before the exam are unique offering of this course and often said to be the additional value that promoted examination success. Upon completion of the course, we provide continuing internet access to participants to assist in application submission and examination preparation until the examination is taken and we offer congratulations on success.
